The One Year Mentorship Program

Welcome to a year of immersive training to rediscover the fullness of who you are. A year for you to open to, and engage in your awakening.

I have previously only elaborated the full extent of the wisdom I’ve acquired in a compartmentalized way: Dance classes & performance training for those who wanted that. Yoga for the spiritually curious, and Shiatsu, for those who recognize the power of touch. Martial arts and Writing, my latest loves in life, I have so far kept to myself. But they have brewed in me for long enough, I’m ready to share what I know and happy to witness how they will impact your life as well.

This year-long adventure is the first edition where I blend all my skills. Thoughtfully considered and packaged for you to have an insightful, unforgettable year as you come home to yourself.

The idea behind the program is for you to commit to a year of self-acknowledgement. To go deeper beneath your surface, re-discover who you are and find a loving way to support yourself in who you are becoming, I have distilled the different modalities we will interact with down to their essence and the different practices, though progressive throughout the year, will revolve around refining the basics, rather than the acquisition of more. The plurality of the different subjects we will engage in is complex enough and the meeting of yourself is at the heart of the program.

It is a year for those you, who want to engage in and develop a daily regular practice. It doesn’t have a prescribed time and will not always be on the mat or cushion, but during this year of full immersion, when you actively realign to your spirit and purpose, you want to meet yourself intimately and often, as well as establish an open, curious relationship to daily practice, the ever evolving anchor that supports and grounds, while simultaneously opens the door to your spirit and heart.

The Program:

September 2025 - August 2026

- Daily practice assignments: Reading, Writing and Meditation

- Weekly in-depth yoga workshop classes

- Monthly privates

- 4 x Residential all inclusive weekend workshops

We will meet once a week for a long yoga session, Yin & Yang, how to balance them and all the other trimmings. The classes will be progressive and designed for the participants of the year, but also be open for those who have previously practiced with me. The live classes run from September to June, During the summer we will have online sessions, both private and with the group, but most of your work will be independent.

Once a month, you will have a live private session with me. It can be Yoga, Shiatsu, or a Conversation, whatever feels needed and or relevant.

We will have 4 occasions when we practice more intensely. Four weekends; November, February, May and a final one down in the Algarve, in September. The final one will be a little longer, more like a mini-retreat.

November Weekend: Touching Fear

- The Art of War: A basic outlining of martial arts, how to stay calm when you are being challenged

With very simple exercises to strengthen and learn how to direct energy, we touch base with the world of striking and punching, and learn how to be in our power without harming others, and we’ll get a real good workout doing so.

- Freedom of expression: Using the diary notes, you will have been asked to keep, we start to create a performance. A first touch with the universe of expression, exposure and speaking your truth.

With light and easy dance classes to build physical confidence and exercises from the world of physical theater to unleash your creative potential…I have guided many students, young, old, pros and amateurs, and regardless if you have experience in the field or are a complete novice, performative art therapy, is one of the most impactful practices I know.

- Every morning and evening there will be Yoga and Meditation.

The first three weekends will take place at Shambala Gatherings.

February Weekend: Reaching Depth & Handling Truths

- Yoga & Meditation

- Martial arts

We continue with performing therapy: Light dance training and physical theater with the add-on of voice. Not to sing like Piaf, but as a bearer of your truth. The yoga classes this weekend will accompany the voice exploration by introducing voice as a formal practice as well.

The afternoons of this second weekend will be spent learning a basic shiatsu massage. We explore the art of touch and its inherent fragility for both giver and receiver. A beautiful way to investigate relationships and non-sexual intimacy.

May Weekend: Finding Home

The May weekend circles back to Yoga. Longer Yoga sessions in the mornings and evenings, still sandwiching Martial Arts and Expression work, But good old classic yoga practices will be the main event.

September Mini retreat: Dare to dream

This final leg of the year we go further away from home, to my neck of the woods. It will be a longer weekend, the ingredients present in the previous modules are the same, but now we take it on the road. This concluding long weekend will contain the same elements as before, now in slightly different settings, with guest teachers and special events to add that silver lining as we reflect upon the year and what we are learning. The theme of the weekend is love. The heart and its desires and sorrows. How to heal its many scars and to grow the courage to follow its longing.
